Charging Your Electric Vehicle
It's Easier Than You Imagined
There are many benefits that come from owning an electric vehicle, ensuring you will have access to everything you need for the road ahead. The powerful and efficient performance is a clear bonus, but many drivers are concerned about charging options. We are here to show you that finding a place to charge is much easier than imagined, helping you feel confident that a new Audi electric vehicle could be right for your driveway.
ÂAt-Home Charging
You'll be able to start your day with a full battery thanks to the many Audi charging options that are available for your home. There are three levels of charging that you can add to your home to give you the charging capabilities you need for any occasion. At-home charging levels include:
- Level 1: uses a 120V plug
- Level 2: Uses a 240V or 50A plug and charges in roughly 10.5 hours for a full charge
- Level 3: DC charging for 150kW about 30 minutes for an 80% charge from empty
The variety of options make sure you will always be able to have a full battery for your daily commute, errand, or vacation. Electric Audi models will always be ready for your drive when you get the right at-home charging system.

Charge On The Road
Most drivers aren't worried about charging at home but are worried about running out of charge during a long drive. Luckily, electric Audi models have access to over 16,000 electric charging stations and 50,000 charging outlets to make charging on your route easier. More outlets are added every day so that drivers will feel confident along any route their adventure takes.Â
Electric Audi models like the Audi e-Tron can use 150 kW DC high-speed charging stations that can get you up to an 80% charge in as little as 30 minutes. The impressive efficiency of electric models means you will be able to tackle nearly any errand or road trip without needing to stop as often as a traditional powertrain would make you.
